My Hart Canyon Music is a UK-based record label, music publisher and sync agent. Based in the city of Exeter in South West England, the company was founded in January 2012. The company’s first formal business involved signing a licensing agreement with Summit Entertainment for Iko’s ‘Heart of Stone’ to be used in an online trailer campaign for ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part Two’.

This high profile use of ‘Heart of Stone’, written for the Film, resulted in 45 million streams of YouTube videos, posted by fans by the end of 2012. This established the future direction of MHCM, enabling the company to build international networks and achieve further high-profile sync placements in TV, Advertising and Film.

MHMC now represents music from a number of talented artists, writers and companies, for international sync-licensing. With carefully curated music, legally sound agreements, and an understanding of the industry gained from 65,000 miles of travel, MHCM have become a trusted source for some of the most successful music supervisors in the world.
